It is easy to loose yourself in this cool, historic and glamorous space with its classic European ambience reminiscent of the dining space in an underground artisan cheese cellar, surrounded by our prestigious selection of boutique and regional wines.

Our Cheese and Wine Room is now Sydney's ultimate "Temple of Cheese" with over 100 seasonal cheeses and 250 different wines to choose from.

The a la carte Cheese and Wine Room menu will change each season to offer you the best Australian and European cheeses with a selection of premium antipasti, gourmet accompaniments and a selection of hot or cold light meals. The portion sizes are designed for sharing and to offer you a wide range of tastes and flavours to create an amazing and different dining experience every time you visit.
 
Our unique Cheese and Wine Flights where three seasonal cheeses are expertly matched with three sensational wines by our awarded fromagers and sommelier have quickly developed into our signature and most popular offering which are a must experience for cheese and wine lovers (from $30.00 per person).
 
The prices for the cheeses, antipasti and tasting plates range from $3 to $29. There are also 18 wines by the glass, carefully selected from the 270 bottles on the wine list.
