At GPO Wood Fired Pizza we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest, tastiest wood fired pizza in town, with the lightest and crispest of crusts. We maintain the principles of authentic traditional Italian Pizza by ensuring the following:
1. Our yeast dough is made fresh daily prior to each service.
2. Our oven is heated for hours before baking to ensure the correct temperature.
3. The weight of our regular pizza yeast dough is 155g to ensure the thinnest and crispiest of crusts.
4. Our tomato base includes herbs and spices, our mozzarella cheese and other toppings are delicate flavours and are properly balanced to ensure they are not over powering.
GPO Wood Fired Pizza pioneered the concept of a pizza bar and is unquestionably Sydney's best pizza bar.
Our traditional Italian wood fired pizza menu offers a variety of vegetarian and meat pizzas such as Caprese, Boscaiola, Rucola, Ortolana, Salsiccia, Spagnola as well as favourites like Margherita and Napoli. GPO Wood Fired Pizza also offers Calzone, which is a folded pizza filled with Ham, Mushroom, Olives, Tomato & Mozzarella Cheese.
