Intermezzo opened in April 2007 and was the first restaurant to offer a truly Italian piazza experience with Italian Renaissance architecture of the historical GPO building, its grand colonnades and they outlook on to Sydney's grand piazza 1 Martin Place.

Prime Restaurant has an intimate private dining and lounge area that is within a cavernous sandstone room to one side of Prime Restaurant, where a custom built table caters for groups from 7 to 18. We can also offer a table of up to 20 guests alternatively we can cater up to 30 guests on 2 tables.
